A head canon: Rose got super into the whole “cultural exchange” bit, sometimes to the point of her enthusiasm for certain troll cultural elements even freaking out Kanaya sometimes. Kanaya, on the other hand, latched onto the sorts of things wizards in HP are interested in regarding Muggles (What Exactly is the Function Of A Rubber Quackbeast Rose).

Karkat does not get laid. The next week, John exacts his pranking revenge. John does not get laid. Then Jade smacks them both upside the head until they realize what happened. Then they get laid.

I ended up not writing this in the timeskip meme, but 12-year-old Riku got into an argument with 12-year-old Genesis about who was the best character in LOVELESS in the middle of class, to the point where they were actually yelling. They both got detention.

Bonus: The moogle is coming back in a later chapter. I can’t wait to see peoples’ reactions when he does.
